Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Dear Hiring Manager, we provide career coaching and services. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and revisions are handled across our services.

1. Digital Services

Dear Hiring Manager offers a range of bespoke digital services, including CV Optimisation, LinkedIn Profile Optimisation, and other career coaching products delivered digitally. Each service is prepared specifically for you based on the information you provide.

Because these are personalised digital services, we do not offer refunds once your completed work has been delivered.

However, we are committed to the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a specific element of your delivery, please contact us within 5 business days at help@dearhiringmanager.careers with details of your concern. We will review your feedback and make reasonable revisions where appropriate.

What constitutes a reasonable revision: corrections to factual errors, adjustments to formatting, or refinements based on information you provided in your original submission.

What falls outside the revision policy: complete rewrites based on new information not included in the original submission, or changes of direction in target role or industry after delivery.

2. Coaching Services

Payment for coaching sessions or packages must be made in full before services begin.

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

3. Group Programmes or Classes

Bookings for group sessions are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

After that point, no refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your booking to a future session if available.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

We do not charge additional fees for processing refunds.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can happen. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly at help@dearhiringmanager.careers and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
